Free Printable Valentines! {{Works with Project Life!}}

New Back-to-School printables for you!

Hello everyone! Thank you for all the sweet comments and support during the summer both here on the blog and over at the MDdesign Facebook page. You guys are the best, I really appreciate you!

    Saved it and pinned it :) I’m still working on making my own ‘Memory Jar’. I bought a jar at Ikea and am waiting for October so I can buy a Silhouette Cameo and cut a fun vinyl label for the jar :)

    Should I be holding out hope that you’ll be making/selling more cards/tags/etc in the future or have you moved on to just custom sorts of work? (Read: should I be hoarding my stash of MDM cards/tags? ;) )

    Hmmmm… you’ve put me onto a spot there with that question about selling stuff again lol ;) I’ve been tossing around the idea of throwing some things in my etsy shop just for fun.. prolly just printables… but, I DO have some things coming out that you will be able to buy! Also the option to purchase custom invites/announcements etc. again. I’m just not sure when it will all be ready, we’re shooting to have Christmas cards/gifts out this year.
    I’d say share the love and if you ever *really needed a fix, just email me! I think I owe you anyway, right? ;)

    @Mariah – Teehee…I had to dig around to figure out what my Pinterest user name is, but I found it! :) It’s Twynk. What is your user name? I love Pinterest! :)

    The Silhouette Cameo is actually a new ‘printing cutter’ – similar to the Cricut, but instead of using cartridges, you can buy/download individual images.

    I’ll be watching for an announcement here that you’ve started to sell on Etsy!! :) (I’ll definitely take you up on your offer if I run out of MDM cards/tags! ;) )

Thank you and Free printable ‘You are loved’ notes!

Hello, hello! Have you been over to Ali’s blog/site today? Seeing that I was her pick for *mom of the week* this week was such a fun thing to wake up to today! I’m a big fan of hers, I think she’s pretty extraordinary. She seems genuinely compassionate as The Biggest Loser host (I love that!) and of course I grew up loving to hate her character ‘Sami’ on Days. I want to send out a big thanks to Ali & her team, they’re doing great things to support moms and women in general over there. If you haven’t already, go check it out!

In relation to that, if you remember my post a couple of days ago talking about my answer to Ali’s question, I posted this photo:


It’s a photo of some of my favorite things we’ve put into Jacob’s Jar over the years. See that small note that say’s, “You are loved” on it? Well, a while back I printed a bunch of these out in different colors and we keep them near the jar to write on (along with other neat types of paper). That way, there’s some color and variety to the notes we write. Who doesn’t like a little color?
I’ve also always wanted to paint the lid of Jacob’s jar, but I haven’t gotten around to it yet! Anyway, I thought perhaps you would like to have your own little ‘You are loved’ notes. So I made a free PDF download for you too!

    I love that you were picked as Mom of the Week – a great choice! Love the printable too. I need to make a memory jar. Four years have almost slipped away already.

    I headed over here because I just received an email that showed some very cute cards that you designed! ( http://www.letterlearning.com/mariahdemarcoforletterlearning.html ) I love them! I bought some cards from LetterLearning last month-ish for Evan to use but now (clearly!) The 1st of *many* super cute downloads for you!

The day before yesterday, I blogged about my dear friend Melissa, and her newly
re-designed site, Another Lunch where she faithfully serves up fun, waste-free lunch ideas for the lunchbox crowd.  At some point during the design process, we had the idea to offer some super cute printable lunchbox notes to our readers for FREE!  I designed the notes based on her blog illustrations to commemorate the launch.  You can download, print, fill out & stick these notes into all the cute bento lunches you’ll be making this school year!
